FMI Advises Electric Power and Mechanical Contractor Hooper Corporation on Acquisition of Premier Energy Services

DENVER, July 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- FMI Capital Advisors Inc., a subsidiary of FMI Corporation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Premier Energy Services ("Premier") by Hooper Corporation ("Hooper"). FMI Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Hooper for this transaction.

Hooper, based in Madison, Wisconsin, is a full-service electric power and mechanical contractor. Hooper engages in electrical power overhead line, substation, underground electrical construction and line clearance work. The company also offers extensive mechanical contracting services, including plumbing and plumbing services, process and power piping, fire protection, custom metal fabrication and HVAC. Hooper is capable of performing projects throughout the U.S. and Canada.

This acquisition provides Hooper a platform to deliver natural gas construction, maintenance and engineering services that complement Hooper's electric power offerings to customers in the central U.S.

The Company primarily operates in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Premier is headquartered in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. near Cincinnati with an additional office in Fairborn, Ohio.
